It's hard not to love this delicious dip. Hummus can be expensive at the
store but is extremely easy to make and tastes even better from
scratch! Try it once and you'll be hard pressed to ever buy it from the
store again!
Ingredients:
1 (15oz) can garbanzo beans, drained and liquid reserved)
1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp tahini or sesame paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp salt
Combine ingredients in food processor and blend. Add 1-2 Tbs of the reserved liquid from the garbanzo beans and blend until smooth. Drizzle about 1 Tb. olive oil on top. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve with vegetables, naan, pita chips, bread or crackers.
